Shipping and Returns

Flat Rate Shipping of $12.95 regardless of size, weight or location.

Operation Training Services, LLC usually ships the next business day using standard USPS airmail, USPS priority mail, UPS, or FedEx. A shipping provider is selected based on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at Operation Training Services, LLC discretion. If a certain carrier is preferred, please call and we will accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us by email or by phone after you place your order. Actual shipping costs will be charged for expedited shipping.

Operation Training Services, LLC ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI. We also ship to Guam and other US territories.

Please note: Insurance is not included. To purchase insurance for your package or to expedite your shipping, you must notify us by phone after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may be applied.


Lost / Stolen Package

Operation Training Services, LLC provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost packages is a result from a mistake made by Operation Training Services, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by Operation Training Services, LLC. However, the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. Operation Training Services, LLC will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.


Shipping to APO

Operation Training Services, LLC will not ship to APOs outside the USA.


Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by Operation Training Services, LLC is new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, Operation Training Services, LLC will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned or cancelled special orders

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Operation Training Services, LLC order processing

Sales are final on clearance merchandise & special orders

*All returned good must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization prior to returning any product.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
